Welcome to the Student Data System

May 10, 2017

The Student Data System, including XML (batch and real-time), eIIP, EAL, Intensive Supports, EEP, and all other screens and reports in SDS, will be SHUT DOWN for maintenance from Wednesday, May 10 at 5:00 p.m. until midnight.

Reminder: Marks are due on Friday, June 9th for any courses ending in May and Thursday, July 6th for any courses ending in June.

March 23, 2017

Reminder: Registration for courses ending in June is due on Friday, March 31, 2017. Please ensure the Student Registration Report and the Mark Reporting Forms reflect all courses students should be registered in.

Avoid accreditation issues by checking accreditation of teachers early - do not wait until the end of the semester as mark records may impact student transcripts and post-secondary applications.  The accreditation report is available on the SDS.  Note: ALL teachers must be accredited when team teaching. Replacement/Substitute teachers who are NOT accredited and teach the majority of the semester will be required to administer departmental examinations.

Running the Graduation Completion Requirements Report for students at this time will ensure students are on track for graduation in June.

August 22, 2016

Welcome to the 2016/2017 school year!

The 2016/2017 Registrar's Handbook for School Administrators and all supporting documents are available on our new website Please bookmark Registrar's Handbook for a direct link to this important resource for school administrators. Reminder: All forms saved or printed previous to August 2016 should be destroyed.

Please do NOT submit more than one file for the same school at the same time as it creates conflicts and locks tables. This can cause up to an hour delay in the processing of files for your school as well as other schools. Ensure your response files are received prior to submitting another file.

High School Transcript Requests are available online. Please discard all paper copies of the request form.

To see a list of xml error messages and suggestions for fixing the errors, K-12 course code lists, and K-12 Schools go to the xml website.
