Reminder: The Student Data System, including XML (batch and real-time), eIIP, EAL, Intensive Supports, EEP, and all other screens and reports in SDS, will be SHUT DOWN for maintenance from Wednesday, February 22 at 5:00 p.m. until midnight.

Please Note: We are experiencing issues with error messages not being returned during the XML submission of non-approved course marks. Please do NOT submit these marks until you have received approval. If you are unsure of your approval status please run the Locally Developed Report.

Reminder: Marks for classes ending January 31 are due on Thursday, February 9, 2017.

Transcripts are being printed on Monday, February 13th for any student that is enrolled in Grade 12 and completed a 30 level course in the 1st semester. It is anticipated that these transcripts will all be in the mail by Friday, February 17th.

Transcripts will be sent to the universities starting Saturday, February 11th (for electronic) for any student who requested "After January Exams" using the Online Request for High School and Adult Transcripts Web Application. These transcripts should all be in the mail by Wednesday, February 15th.

For mark verification, please ensure the batch student profiles for your school are run next week (after the transcript run).

The 2016/2017 Registrar's Handbook for School Administrators and all supporting documents are available on our new website www.saskatchewan.ca. Please bookmark Registrar's Handbook for a direct link to this important resource for school administrators. Reminder: All forms saved or printed previous to August 2016 should be destroyed.

Information:

Please do NOT submit more than one file for the same school at the same time as it creates conflicts and locks tables. This can cause up to an hour delay in the processing of files for your school as well as other schools. Ensure your response files are received prior to submitting another file.

High School Transcript Requests are available online. http://education.gov.sk.ca/transcripts/. Please discard all paper copies of the request form.
